I am writing about a serious problem I experienced with my 1xBet account regarding a 1,500 TL deposit and a 3,500 TL withdrawal that were not processed correctly. I deposited 1,500 TL via my Ziraat Bank account and requested a withdrawal of 3,500 TL to my Papara account, but neither the deposit nor the withdrawal has been completed as expected. Despite this, the money has left my accounts, yet it has not been properly reflected or finalized on 1xBet. I have contacted 1xBet customer support many times about this issue, but the problem is still not resolved and I have not received a satisfying solution. I request that 1xBet urgently refund the 1,500 TL deposit to my Ziraat Bank account and the 3,500 TL withdrawal amount to my Papara account without any further delay.
