On Sunday, January 18, I deposited 500 GHS from my e-wallet into my 1xBet account, expecting my balance to reflect a total of 1,000 GHS including the bonus. However, not only did the deposit take longer than usual to process, the 500 GHS never appeared in my account balance, and I also did not receive the promised 100% bonus.
