I am writing to report an issue with my 1XBET Casino account regarding a missing balance after a UPI payment made via Google Pay from India. On February 9 at around 11:25 p.m., I made a deposit of $4 to my 1XBET casino account using Google Pay. The amount was successfully debited from my Google Pay account, but it has not been credited to my 1XBET casino balance. Since then, my balance has not reflected this deposit, and I have been unable to use the funds for playing. I have not been able to resolve this issue through customer support so far. I therefore request that 1XBET urgently review this transaction and either immediately credit the $4 to my casino balance or refund the amount back to my Google Pay account after verification. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I do not suffer any financial loss due to this missing balance.
