I am writing to report a serious problem with my 1xBet account (Account ID: 314690***) regarding a deposit that has not been credited for a long time. On 18/01/2026, I made a deposit of 10,000 INR to my 1xBet account via Paytm UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm account, and I have the transaction details and payment proof, but the balance has still not appeared in my 1xBet account. I contacted 1xBet customer support about this issue, and I was told that it would be resolved shortly. However, it has now been around 20 days, and there has been no solution, no update, and the money is still missing. This is especially disappointing because I have made many successful deposits and withdrawals with 1xBet before, and I did not expect such a problem or such a long delay in resolving it. I request that my 10,000 INR deposit made via Paytm UPI on 18/01/2026 be immediately credited to my 1xBet account without any further delay.
