1xBet Security Deducted ₹5,800 After Deposit - Account Restricted Without Reason

I have been using my 1xBet account (ID: 585873***, registered on 30/03/2023) and on 17/08/2026 I deposited 5,800 rupees into this account via UPI. The amount was credited to my 1xBet balance within a short time and I used it for betting in games as I normally do. However, after about three days, on 23/01/2026, the 5,800 rupees that I had deposited were automatically deducted from my 1xBet account by the security department without any prior notice or clear reason. When I contacted customer support to ask why, I was told that a complaint had supposedly been made to the bank. I have never made any complaint to my bank or to 1xBet about this 5,800 rupees, because the money had already been successfully deposited into my 1xBet account and there was no issue from my side. Following this, I emailed both customer support and the security department multiple times, sharing all details about my deposit and the deduction. Support replied once and told me to write to the security department, but even though I have already emailed the security department three times, I have not received any response at all. In addition, my 1xBet account has been restricted without giving me any concrete reason. I request that the unjust deduction of 5,800 rupees from my 1xBet account be reversed and the full amount be credited back to my 1xBet account, and that the restriction on my account be removed so I can use it normally again. I also expect a clear written explanation from 1xBet about why this deduction and restriction were applied in the first place.
I have not received any response from the 1xBet security department yet.
