I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue with my 1xBet account. On February 1, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹6,000 (E-transfer No. 4456860873) using the IMPS new method to my Union Bank of India account in India.
On February 2, 2026, the withdrawal status in my 1xBet account changed to “successful.” However, the money has still not been credited to my bank account, and it has now been 10 days without receiving any payment.
I have contacted 1xBet customer support multiple times. Each time, they simply state that the withdrawal was successful and then close the chat without providing any meaningful assistance or explanation.
I have a transaction reference and a screenshot of the withdrawal confirmation, which I can provide for verification if required.
I am requesting a proper investigation into this matter. The ₹6,000 should either be credited to my Union Bank of India account immediately or returned to my 1xBet account balance so that I do not lose my funds due to this failed withdrawal.
