1xBet Skrill Deposit Missing - Not Credited After Successful Payment

I deposited €130 from my Skrill account into my 1xBet gaming account (ID: 190113***) on 25/12/2025. The transaction was successful, the money was debited from my Skrill balance and I have screenshots confirming the completed payment. However, even after three days, the €130 has not appeared in my 1xBet account balance and my funds have effectively disappeared. I contacted 1xBet customer support and sent them all the screenshots showing the successful Skrill transaction and the deduction from my e-wallet. Support only told me to wait 24 hours, but despite more than three days having passed since the deposit, my balance is still not updated and no concrete solution has been provided. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem on my account. I request that the missing €130 be immediately credited to my 1xBet account balance without any further delay, or that an equivalent solution be provided based on the payment records and screenshots I have already shared with support.
