On 2 January 2025, I placed a bet of 100,000 Nigerian naira on my 1xBet account registered with the email address leramadesti**@gmail.com via the website in Nigeria. I won 107,000 naira and immediately requested a withdrawal to my Opay wallet. The withdrawal did not go through and I was informed that I needed to send documents to the security team for verification. I sent the requested documents as instructed but I have not received any response since then. After this, I forgot my password and used the “forgot password” option. I was able to create a new password, but when I tried to log in, the system repeatedly showed “incorrect email/incorrect password,” even though the details were correct. I then sent an email to the specialist/security email address provided by 1xBet on 2 January 2026, explaining the situation and asking for help, but I have not received any reply at all, not even an automatic acknowledgment. This situation is extremely frustrating because the money in my 1xBet account, including the 107,000 naira I won, is meant for my final school clearance, and the lack of access and communication is causing me serious stress. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed, my access restored, and my 107,000 naira withdrawal to my Opay wallet approved without any further delay. After paying my full balance, I also request that my 1xBet account be closed permanently at my request. I expect a swift and clear response regarding the status of my verification, my account, and my withdrawal.

They have still not resolved my issue. The security team is asking me to provide a third party’s account statement, which I do not have access to. The transfer was made to my 1xBet wallet from my Minipay Dollar Account via BitGifty, which used a PalmPay account under the name Estrade Ltd, with an account number starting with 888****600. This is the statement they are asking me to provide, even though I have no access to it. I have already explained this to them. I have also submitted my Opay account statement in PDF format and my Minipay Dollar Account transaction details in PDF. Minipay does not generate formal bank statements because it is a digital wallet, not a traditional bank, yet they are still insisting that no further progress will be made unless I provide the requested documents. This situation is extremely frustrating, time-draining, and heartbreaking. I urgently need this money for an important educational matter, but they keep delaying and stalling. This is not satisfying at all.
