On August 26, 2025, at 21:18, I deposited ₺2,000 into my 1xBet account (User ID: 136621***7) using QNB Finansbank. I have the official receipt of the transaction, and the transfer was made from my own personal bank account. Despite this, the money has still not appeared in my 1xBet balance, even though a significant amount of time has passed.

To resolve this issue, I contacted customer support, but I received no response at all. This is very disappointing, especially since I am a new member and this was my very first deposit. Experiencing such a serious issue right at the beginning has left me feeling frustrated and misled. The transaction was carried out through the 1xBet mobile app, so there should not be any technical errors on my end.
