My experience with BetKanyon has been extremely frustrating. I requested a large withdrawal, and it simply wasn’t sent. There’s no clear explanation, and when I try to get help, I’m bounced around between different people—one says email support, another says talk to your rep, and everyone gives conflicting answers.
To make matters worse, bonuses and promotions aren’t distributed fairly. It’s all based on personal discretion, and users are clearly being treated unequally. Some accounts get special treatment, while others (like mine) are ignored or excluded entirely.
