I’ve been a BetKanyon member for over five years, and my trust in the platform has dropped significantly. The customer support has become completely unresponsive—they close the live chat without resolving the issue, and they regularly deny bonuses I’m clearly eligible for. Even when I raise these issues to site authorities or through official complaints, no one seems to care.
They appear to operate however they want, making up rules as they go. The platform ignores loyal users, applies inconsistent policies, and doesn’t honor promotions. I’ve also noticed that the RTP (Return to Player) rates have dropped to 96% or lower, and it feels like the chances of winning have drastically declined. Out of 10 deposits, I can’t even win once—there’s no balance, no fairness.
