Four days ago, around 9:00 PM, I lost over ₺2,000,000 while playing Grand on BetKanyon. After that loss, I was told I needed to complete a ₺1,800,000 turnover requirement. During this process, I won over ₺3,000,000, and my final balance reached a massive ₺3,500,000.
I was informed that I could withdraw the money in ₺100,000 installments, which I was okay with. But suddenly, my account was placed under review, and I was told to wait 72 hours. After the waiting period, instead of receiving my payment, I was asked to submit documents. Now I’m being told it may take up to 7 more days to hear back—yet not a single payment has been made.
This feels like nothing more than a delay tactic. I followed all the rules, won fairly, and now BetKanyon refuses to release my winnings. There’s always a new excuse or requirement.
