Thinking it might be a temporary issue, I made an additional deposit, yet this payment also did not reflect in my account. Afterwards, I was told that I should make the payment in a single transaction; I followed this instruction and made a final transfer, but even this last deposit was not credited to my Betnano account. In total, I transferred ₺10,000 via bank transfer, and I have the bank receipts and transaction records as proof. Despite this, my balance has still not been updated. I tried to reach Betnano customer service regarding the issue, but I could not get any effective support and the problem was not resolved. They continuously requested new deposits instead of providing a clear solution, which made me lose my trust in the platform. I request that all my transfers be examined based on the bank receipts, and that the corresponding amount be either credited to my Betnano account correctly or refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear written explanation about why my previous deposits were not reflected and why the problem was not resolved despite my attempts to contact customer service.
