At around 04:00 a.m., I transferred ₺500 from my VakıfBank account to my Betnano account via the FAST method. I didn’t receive any error message during the transaction, and the money appears to have been successfully sent from VakıfBank to ING Bank. However, the amount has still not been credited to my Betnano account.
When I contacted Betnano’s customer service, they confirmed that the funds had reached Betnano’s ING Bank account, but for some reason, the balance was not added to my account. It has now been about 45 minutes, and the issue is still unresolved.
