Extrabet has become completely unreliable. I have been using this site for years, but lately, they refuse to process payments and their promotional codes don’t work. When I try to use a promo, I get an error saying “Invalid Code”, even though it was provided by the site.
When I contact customer support, they give vague, unhelpful responses like “Bonus cannot be displayed”, instead of actually fixing the issue. Their customer service has become dismissive and unresponsive, showing zero interest in resolving problems.
This platform is not what it used to be, and it seems they are actively avoiding payouts and misleading players. Extrabet must honor promotions and process payments immediately! I warn others to stay away from this site!
Despite the complaints made, unfortunately, no one is interested in you, the problem has not been resolved, and you cannot find a contact person.
