(Initially, I thought it might be an oversight due to workload, but even they confirmed no error in their calculations. They claimed I earned a weekly loss bonus of 1500 TL, leaving my balance at 15,000 TL, which is why they let me continue.) The supporting documents and attached images clearly reveal they misled me. After losing 1500 TL one night, I deposited 579 TL without claiming any bonuses and directly started playing with that amount. As shown in the attached images and my game history, I reached a balance of 38,560 TL. I requested a withdrawal, and according to the 60x rule, they should have retained 34,740 TL. However, they wiped my balance. It was canceled in the afternoon. I won a total of 38,560 TL, and the net amount due after deducting 60x requirements was 34,740 TL. As seen in the image, they unjustly removed 23,559 TL. They wrongly deleted 19,740 TL that rightfully belonged to me. In conclusion, they fabricated excuses and wiped out 19,740 TL without justification. All details are provided in my account history.
