I would like to share the financial loss I experienced due to a balance issue in the GrandPashaBet casino section. On January 10, 2026, at around 3:18 a.m., I won the Grand Jackpot, and my total winnings reached approximately $41,667. However, shortly afterward, a transaction labeled as a “balance adjustment” was applied to my account, reducing my balance to around $39,154 and blocking my access to those funds. When I contacted live support, I was told that because I had deposited $33, an “80x wagering rule” applied, meaning I could only withdraw 80 times my initial deposit, and therefore my balance was adjusted to $2,667. However, this 80x rule was never disclosed to me either before or after the win. There was no notification via SMS, email, in-app messages, or the promotions section, and live support had never informed me of such a rule beforehand. As a result, out of my $41,667 winnings, I was only able to withdraw $2,667, which caused me significant financial loss and hardship. During my discussions with live support, I requested at least a partial compensation of approximately $10,000 to reduce my losses, but they repeatedly cited the 80x rule and offered no alternative solution. I am requesting that GrandPashaBet re-evaluate the transaction made on my account (username Fu****ya, member ID 156956), and that at least $16,667 be paid to me as additional compensation. Since this rule was never clearly communicated through any channel, I believe I was unfairly treated and request reasonable compensation for the financial damage I have suffered.
