Holiganbet Cancelled My $68 Withdrawal Request Twice Without Explanation

I have been a member of the Holiganbet website for many years. On March 9, 2026, at 4:47 p.m., I submitted a withdrawal request of $68 using the fast bank transfer method.

At first, the system showed my request as pending for about seven hours, and then my withdrawal request was canceled without any explanation. When I contacted live support, I kept receiving stalling responses such as “your transaction is pending, it will arrive shortly.”

Later that night, at 12:47 a.m., I created another $68 withdrawal request, this time using the auto-transfer method. After about three hours, this request was also held in pending status and then canceled again.

Despite both withdrawal requests being canceled, the $68 amount still appears in my account balance, but I am not being allowed to withdraw it.

As someone who has played on this site for many years, these recent experiences have completely destroyed my trust in the platform. Because of what happened, I have lost all interest in this site, and I will no longer play here or recommend it to others. In my opinion, the platform has moved away from the reliable structure it once had and now appears to be holding onto even small amounts of users’ money.

I request that my $68 balance be paid to me immediately, without further delay or stalling, as I originally requested. I also expect a clear and satisfactory explanation regarding why my withdrawal requests were repeatedly canceled.

"On 07.12.2025 around 14:00 I created a withdrawal request of 6,500 TL via Holiganbet. Although the transaction appears as “withdrawal successful” in the system, after 10 days the money has not reached my account at all. During this period I asked about the situation every day through live support. Each time they only wrote the same messages like “wait”, “I’m transferring”, “pending” and did not provide a concrete solution. Upon their request I sent my account movements to them many times, at least five times, as video, but despite that there was no progress, the money still hasn’t been paid to me. I find it extremely disgraceful and confidence‑shaking that the withdrawal transaction appears successful in the system while the payment of 6,500 TL has still not been made, and that they keep giving evasive answers. I want my withdrawal payment of 6,500 TL to be transferred to my account without delay and the process to be communicated to me in a clear and explanatory manner."
