On February 27, I was asked to upload four different verification documents. I submitted all the requested documents in full on the same day. While three of the documents were approved, my Face ID verification was not approved. When I contacted live support, I was told that it might take a long time and that I should wait.
However, as of today, it has been 17 days and my Face ID verification is still not approved. I can log in to my account (ID: 5816706), but I cannot play any games or withdraw my money.
Since February 27, I have contacted live support every day. Each time, I receive the same response: “It may take time, please wait.” No concrete solution has been provided, and no real assistance has been given.
Because of Marsbahis’ handling of this situation, I effectively cannot access the $3,125 in my account. I believe they are intentionally delaying the process to avoid paying out my funds and are simply stalling me.
I request that the full balance of $3,125 in my account be paid to me immediately and in full. I also demand a clear explanation regarding this arbitrary and prolonged verification process. I no longer wish to use this site or play any games on it.
