On December 20, 2026, at 4:50 PM, I submitted a withdrawal request of $31 on the Onwin betting site using the Garanti Bank EFT method. Although my withdrawal request appears as “pending approval” in the system, more than 24 hours have passed, and the money has still not been transferred to my bank account.
During this time, I have contacted live support multiple times, but I only receive automated bot responses telling me to “please wait.” No clear information is provided, and no explanation is given regarding the issue. Not being able to reach a real support representative and being left in such uncertainty has seriously damaged my trust.
Under these conditions, I can no longer recommend this site to anyone with confidence. I request that my $31 withdrawal request currently shown as pending be immediately transferred to my Garanti Bank account, and that I be given clear and transparent information about whether the payment will be made. Either process the payment, or clearly explain why it is not being processed so that I know what has happened to my money.
