I have an account with the username “Simsekbe***” on Onwin and on 02.03.2026 I requested a withdrawal of ₺150,000 to my VakıfBank account, which is in my own name. Out of this amount, only ₺125,000 was sent to my bank, and the remaining ₺25,000 has not been paid for 3 days despite my repeated attempts. I did not use any bonus or participate in any campaign for this balance; it is my own money. During this period I have contacted Onwin live support many times. They asked for my bank account information, requested a video and various documents, and I complied with all their requests and sent them by e‑mail about 8 times. Despite this, they keep saying that the amount “is not visible here” and are constantly stalling me instead of resolving the issue. I believe they are deliberately not paying the remaining ₺25,000. I request that the unpaid ₺25,000 from my ₺150,000 withdrawal request dated 02.03.2026 be urgently transferred in full to my VakıfBank account without any further delay or excuses, and that written information be provided to me explaining why this amount was not paid for days despite all the documents I have submitted.
