Pusulabet Withdrawal Not Received Despite Successful Status

On March 14 at 8:45 p.m., I submitted a withdrawal request of $310 from my Pusulabet account to my Garanti Bank account. Although the transaction is shown as successful on the website, the funds have not been credited to my bank account.

I was asked to provide a video of my bank account activity from another phone, which I submitted completely as requested. Despite this, the money has still not been deposited into my account. I contacted live support, but the issue has not been resolved.

I request that my withdrawal be processed immediately and that the amount of $310 be transferred to my Garanti Bank account, and that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved as soon as possible.
