Yesterday, I deposited a small amount into my Sahabet account and unfortunately lost it. Following that, I received a ₺2,000 loss bonus, and according to the site’s own rules, this bonus was supposed to be directly withdrawable. I submitted a withdrawal request for the ₺2,000 bonus, but shortly afterward, my withdrawal was canceled and my account balance was completely erased.
When I contacted their customer support team for clarification, they claimed that I had placed "cross bets," which they cited as a reason to cancel the withdrawal. This is clearly a fabricated excuse, and frankly, one of the most ridiculous explanations I’ve encountered. I am attaching screenshots that prove I followed the site’s rules and did not engage in any prohibited betting behavior.
I demand the immediate restoration of my ₺2,000 bonus and the processing of my withdrawal as per the originally stated terms. It is unacceptable for Sahabet to refuse a valid bonus withdrawal and hide behind vague and misleading excuses. I expect this issue to be resolved transparently and urgently.
