I constantly face issues with bonus withdrawals on Sahabet. Using the account with username O*, I received a ₺250 bonus and successfully built my balance up to ₺5,000. On the bonus page, it clearly stated that the requirement was a 20x wagering condition. However, Sahabet forced me to complete 40x wagering instead.
After I finally met these requirements, I submitted a withdrawal request. But once again, my request was denied with the excuse that the “wagering process was still ongoing.” This has become a recurring problem on the platform. Each time I meet the stated terms, Sahabet simply changes the rules to prevent me from withdrawing.
I contacted customer service multiple times, but they provided no help or clear explanation. In the end, I could not withdraw my ₺5,000 balance, and my funds were completely drained.
I demand that my loss be compensated and that my rightful ₺5,000 balance be returned to me. Customers should not be deceived by false bonus conditions or forced to endlessly wager beyond the stated requirements.
