I requested a withdrawal of ₺15,000 TL from my Sahabet account yesterday, 10.03.2026, and asked for it to be sent via jet havale to my active TEB bank account. However, Sahabet’s finance department sent my withdrawal to my old ING account, which is completely closed and blocked. As I stated and as can be seen in the photos and documents I have, the last transaction on my ING account was made on 25 February and the account was then closed. On 28 February, I received a message from the bank stating that my ING account was closed by the bank due to risk and security measures. Despite this, Sahabet informed me that my ₺15,000 withdrawal was sent to my ING account yesterday. I clearly told Sahabet that my ING account is closed and that the money never reached me, and I proved with documents that no money came into this account. Nevertheless, they just insisted “we have sent it” and kept postponing the issue instead of resolving my grievance. Today I went personally to ING Maslak Branch General Directorate, requested my account statement, and it was confirmed to me that the account is closed and blocked, the money did not enter my account, and any transfer sent to this account is returned. Despite all these clear explanations and evidence, my problem has still not been resolved and my mağduriyet continues. I urgently request that the transaction mistakenly sent to my closed ING account be canceled, that the returned amount be correctly processed, and that my money be immediately sent to me so that my loss and mağduriyet are completely eliminated.
