I requested a withdrawal from my Superbet account (ID: 19152***) on 28 February for my sports betting winnings. I had deposited 1,000 ₺ and received a 200 ₺ bonus, so I placed my bet with a total of 1,200 ₺ on betting slip number 6659989553. As a result of this bet, my balance reached 17,223 ₺.
Shortly after I made the withdrawal request, Superbet made a so-called “balance correction” on my account. From the 17,223 ₺ that was in my balance, they left only about 4,000 ₺ in the account and unlawfully deleted more than 13,000 ₺ of my winnings.
When I contacted their support, they stated that I had bet with a bonus and that according to the rules I could withdraw a maximum of 20 times the bonus. However, I clearly placed the bet with 1,200 ₺ in total (1,000 ₺ deposit + 200 ₺ bonus), and 20 times 1,200 ₺ is 24,000 ₺. Despite this, they removed over 13,000 ₺ from my balance and arbitrarily kept only around 4,000 ₺, which I consider a serious injustice.
I request that Superbet immediately refunds the more than 13,000 ₺ that was deleted from my balance and pays my rightful winnings in full, in line with the 20x rule they themselves refer to. I also have all conversations and correspondence with Superbet saved and can provide them as official proof if needed. I expect this issue to be urgently reviewed and my unlawfully deleted winnings to be repaid.
