1xBet Approved Withdrawals Delayed 13 Days

I am experiencing serious hardship regarding two separate withdrawal requests I made on 1xBet. Although my first withdrawal request dated January 23, 2026 was approved in the system, the funds have not been transferred to my bank account in Turkey for 13 days. Even though the transaction appears as completed on your side, no payment has reached my bank account. During this period, I contacted you more than 15 times via live chat, phone, and email, and each time I was only told that the issue was “under review” and that I should wait, without any clear explanation or concrete solution. Initially, I was told the problem would be resolved within 3 hours, then 72 hours, and later 11 days, none of which were honored, and as of today, 13 days have passed with no result. In addition, my second withdrawal request dated February 5, 2026 is also marked as approved in the system but has still not been credited to my bank account in Turkey. At this point, both my first and second withdrawal requests—funds I rightfully earned and which are approved in the system—are being withheld by 1xBet without any valid justification, and I am simply being told to wait. I find it unacceptable that approved withdrawals are delayed for days, customers are stalled with constantly changing timeframes, and financial harm is caused. I demand that both of my withdrawal requests be processed urgently and transferred to my bank account without any further delay, and that I be provided with a clear and written explanation regarding the reason for this delay.
