On 20 December I contacted 1xBet customer support via email regarding the removal of this free bet. I received an automatic response stating that the issue would be investigated and that I would receive an answer. However, as of 21 December, I have not received any clear explanation or resolution. I kindly request that my free bet bonus be returned to my account or that an equivalent compensation be provided. I also ask for a clear and detailed explanation of why the bonus was removed despite all conditions being met.
