On October 28, 2025, I made a ₺28,900 withdrawal request from my 1xBet account to my personal bank account. Although the transaction status shows as “paid”, no funds have been credited to my bank account. My reference number for this transaction is 201995565.
I immediately contacted 1xBet customer service and provided my bank statement in PDF format as proof. However, the support team keeps telling me that the issue is “under review” without offering any real solution or update. I’ve never experienced such a problem before — this is the first time I’ve encountered an issue with a withdrawal.
I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that my ₺28,900 be credited to my bank account as soon as possible.
