On September 17, 2025, I deposited ₺440 into my Betcio account via Enpara. However, the money never appeared in my balance, and shortly after, my account was suspended.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that the minimum deposit limit was ₺3,000 and that I would need to deposit an additional ₺2,600 to reactivate my account. This rule was never mentioned in advance, and I simply made a standard deposit transaction.
At the moment, my account is still blocked, and I cannot access my funds or play. This situation is unacceptable, as I am unable to withdraw my deposit or use my balance.
I am requesting that Betcio either return my ₺440 deposit immediately or restore access to my account so I can use my money. An urgent resolution is needed.
