On August 1, 2025, I transferred ₺200 via bank transfer to my Betcio account and received confirmation of the transaction with an official receipt. However, the deposited amount never appeared in my account balance. Right after noticing the issue, I immediately contacted the Betcio live support team to resolve it.
Instead of helping me, the support agent kicked me out of the chat, and shortly after, I found my account completely blocked. I had never encountered such a problem before, nor had I violated any platform rules. I haven’t been given a reason for the block or any alternative way to reclaim either my funds or my access.
I demand that Betcio urgently investigate this issue, restore access to my account, and credit the missing ₺200 to my balance without any further delay. This level of service is unacceptable and needs immediate correction.
