I participated in the Totowin event organized by the Betcio betting site and I am experiencing serious victimization in this process. Within the scope of the event, the site offered us a 15-match analysis coupon and promised various payments if more than 10 correct predictions were made. In the coupon I played, I correctly predicted 13 out of 15 matches, and the amount I was supposed to receive in return was ₺25,000. However, right after the last match ended—at the exact moment I should have been paid in full—the entire Totowin section was removed from the site. This coupon was completed on 2 November and one month has passed since then, yet no payment has been made to my account. During this period, I contacted the site almost every day, but each time I was given the same response: that there was an “update in Totowin.” It is not reasonable for an update to take a month, and in my opinion this is clearly a stalling tactic and a behavior that seriously undermines trust. At this point, I can no longer trust either what is being said or the Betcio site itself. If my payment is not going to be made, I request that this be clearly stated; otherwise, I demand that my ₺25,000 winnings be deposited into my account immediately. Despite the mistrust and victimization they have caused, they have not even considered offering any bonus as compensation. I request that the victimization I have experienced be resolved urgently and that I be provided with a clear and concrete response as soon as possible.
