I recently signed up for the Betcio platform, hoping to try it out. I made a deposit of 500₺ to the account named Cuma Durmaz. However, my funds never appeared in my account. I immediately contacted live support to resolve the issue. Instead of helping, they told me that my balance was insufficient, which didn’t make any sense since I had just deposited 500₺. I even sent them the transaction receipt as proof.
Then, to my surprise, they claimed that the minimum first deposit must be 5,000₺. No such rule was clearly stated during registration or deposit. I asked for a refund of my 500₺, but they refused, saying I needed to deposit the full 5,000₺ amount first. This is highly unethical and feels like a scam. I never agreed to such a condition.
