On 17.09.2024, the balance of ₺93,000 (2250$) in my Betturkey account was deleted under the pretext of cross betting. A 10% no-wagering Bonus was active in my account and I had fulfilled all the conditions. When I contacted live support, I was told that my balance was deleted on the grounds of cross betting. However, this is absolutely not the case, I did not commit any rule violation. My username: abara***. As you can see in the screenshots, I achieved odds of 15.17 by playing 1x2 and combination bets. These are not even bets that could in any way be considered cross bets, yet they are covering up the fact that they seized my money by saying “it’s out of our hands, the system flagged it as cross betting.” I demand that my balance be immediately restored to my account, that my account be closed after the withdrawal, and that the licensing authorities of the site evaluate such situations.
