On January 21, 2026, at 10:52 PM, I deposited approximately $58 into my Betturkey account via bank transfer/EFT from Halkbank. However, this amount has still not been credited to my account, and there is no pending transaction visible in the system. Even though several days have passed, no solution has been provided. I have all receipts and transaction records related to this payment.
After this issue occurred, I contacted live support many times, and I was also called twice by phone. Each time, I was told that the problem would be resolved within five minutes, but no progress was made. During these calls, I was repeatedly asked whether I would withdraw my complaint. Even after saying that I would, I was again told, “We will handle it in five minutes,” yet nothing changed.
Every time I contact live support, I feel that I am being deliberately stalled and treated with a dismissive and cynical attitude. This situation now seriously disturbs me and makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. Until now, I have always been a user who recommended Betturkey to people around me, but due to this experience, my trust in the brand has been completely shaken.
If this situation continues, I would like to state that I will not limit my complaint to a single platform and will share it across all complaint platforms, social media, and relevant groups. I am requesting that my deposit of approximately $58 be immediately and fully credited to my Betturkey account without any further excuses, and that the hardship I have experienced be resolved as soon as possible.
