I am filing a serious complaint regarding my funds on the 1xBet Wingo platform.
I had a main game balance of ₹1,000, and on February 8, 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request for this amount (Reference: W2026020817705691969719). Even after four days, the ₹1,000 withdrawal remains pending and has not been credited to my account.
When I contacted 1xBet Wingo customer support about the delay, instead of resolving the issue, I was told that I must first deposit ₹6,000 as GST, and only after that would my withdrawal be processed. This demand is completely unacceptable and appears to be an attempt to force an additional payment.
Prior to this, I had already deposited ₹10,000 into my 1xBet Wingo account. I have not paid the additional ₹6,000 they requested because I find this demand unfair and suspicious.
As it stands, my ₹1,000 withdrawal is still pending, and my ₹10,000 deposit remains with them without any clear explanation or proper resolution.
Through this complaint, I am requesting a full refund of both amounts — ₹1,000 (withdrawal) and ₹10,000 (deposit) — without any additional conditions or demands. I ask that 1xBet Wingo resolve this issue urgently and return my total funds immediately.
