Tipobet Didn’t Credit My $38 Deposit and Live Support Mocked My Complaint

At around 12:25 a.m. on November 29, 2025, I deposited $38 into my Tipobet account via instant transfer from Akbank. Despite completing the transaction, the money never appeared in my account, and I’ve been unable to use my own funds since yesterday. My username on the site is “hakooo34.”
I contacted Tipobet live support regarding the issue; however, they offered no solution, and their tone came across as mocking. They stalled me for a long time, and as a result, I lost both my time and access to my money.
My expectation from Tipobet is, first, to refund the $38 I sent through instant transfer in full, and then to permanently close my account. I request that these actions be taken immediately so that my grievance can be resolved.
